Customer Care Coordinator-join our team at our new facility in Sparrow Point!

Our Customer Care Team is integral to Wallenius Wilhelmsen business operations.


Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Act as liaison to employees, customers, carriers, and vendors
  • Represent Wallenius Wilhelmsen to customers both in person and on conference calls
  • Update business systems accurately and expediently
  • Verify vehicle shipments and inventory, including location, status, and billing
  • Ensure that FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) documentation and admissions are accurate and timely.

Your experience and background include:

  • FTZ and Terminal US Customs and knowledge of cargo management experience is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, tech savvy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet all performance expectations
  • Strong professional communication skills
