    Job Description

    A good fit for this role will be able to immediately:

    • Assist in recruitment via the applicant tracking system
    • Ensure set up, validation and completion of new employee onboarding
    • Conduct new employee orientation
    • Ensure HRIS system is updated with current employee status updates
    • Own the 90 day new employee review process
    • Ensure terminations are completed in a timely manner and term documents are sent to exiting employees
    • Initiate the exit interview process

    Job Requirements

    Your background includes:


    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a human resources-related field, plus a minimum of two years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: recruiting, training and development, human resources generalist role.

    • Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
    • Comfortable with Skype, Zoom and virtual video meeting technology
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Windows
    • Exposure to human resources applicant tracking system preferred, BrassRing or ICIMS
    • Experience supporting remote partners in a multi-state organization a plus
