GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES This position acts as company liaison to customers and carriers, ensuring all customer requirements are met. Guarantee the shipments of the units in the shortest time complying with the client's requirements.
Ensure that activities support facility objectives.
Acts as company representative to customers and carriers, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
Responds to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status.
Prepares and analyzes reports.
Maintains various systems.
Performs all functions in a timely manner.
Cross-trains and performs other administrative functions.
Two year experience in customer service and inventory control procedures preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interface with customers and employees.
Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be proficient at an Intermediate Level in MS Excel and have a working knowledge of MS Windows and Word.
