  • Overview

    Main activities:

    Be a direct link with the client in order to ensure that all their requirements are fulfilled and transmitted to the different areas. Internally coordinate the logistics of vehicles and keep the customer informed. Review the issuance and receipt of information that the Task force executes, as well as monitor and verify that the client's requests are fulfilled effectively.

    Keep all the information of the operating processes that are emitted daily. Analyze the boarding plan at all times and share it with the customer; To check priorities. To meet the needs and suggestions of the customer.

    Job Description

    • Ensure that activities support facility objectives.
    • Acts as company representative to customers and carriers, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
    • Responds to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status.
    • Prepares and analyzes reports.
    • Maintains various systems.
    • Performs all functions in a timely manner.
    • Cross-trains and performs other administrative functions.

     

    Job Requirements

    • One year experience in customer service and inventory control procedures preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interface with customers and employees.
    • Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Must be proficient at an Intermediate Level in MS Excel and have a working knowledge of MS Windows and Word. 
    • Previous accounting experience is a plus.
