    Supply Chain Supervisor for all SCS projects, mainly as the main operational contact for OMC project, developing intelligence, KPIs, process flows, studies and operational guide to the remainder of the OMC staff.

    Job Description

    • Lead the SCS Team
    • Develop and maintain advanced excel spreadsheets
    • Control Tower for OMC project
    • Prepare monthly KPIs
    • Highlight ups and downs of operations
    • Study all aspects of the inland transportation to streamline process flow
    • Training and Competence Development
    • Suggest Optimizations
    • Gather OMC intelligence to suggest improvements for customer operations
    • Audit Team performance
    • Lead discussions of improvements with the Transportation Companies
    • Support Team Leader and Members as back up
    • Support Business Development - Travelling availability - Strong English Skills - Handling stress and high demands from OEMs - Willingness to grow and embrace further challenges.

     

    Job Requirements

    •Comprehensive knowledge/ understanding of finished vehicle logistics and supply chain management;

    •High focus on quality and accuracy.

    •Must be able to support simultaneous efforts and collect and organize information from multiple sources

    •Analytical, written and communication skills

    •Flexible, creative thinker

    •Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user

    •English Fluency

    •Ability to collaborate and cooperate within and across teams to complete tasks within a project team

    •Ability to work to strict deadlines - Handle high pressure - Manage conflict - Travel availability
