* Perform payroll processing and provide supports to Human Resources department.
* Enters New Hire and Contract Employee information in payroll system.
* Process payroll data, termination calculations, employee tax data updates and processing general deductions.
* Review payroll/attendance reporting information.
* Compile data from time sheets and other records.
* Screen time worked inputs from Kronos for accurate calculating and coding.
* Monitor computer reports for problems or errors.
* Maintain employee payroll files and databases to meet legal requirements
* Review employee payroll records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
* Review available PTO.
* Monitors employee attendance and provides notice when violations warrant corrective action..
* Assist with Human Resources administrative functions.
