    RESPONSIBILITIES: This position would coordinate activities and communicate production to local Keen management and to the Project Coordinator in Carlisle. This individual will oversee CNH activity and lead production at the site.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

    • The ability to evaluate, inspect, and make judgments and decisions regarding quality standards and the acceptability of refurbishing and assembly work.
    • Ability to conduct time studies.
    • A strong and solid understanding of repair, specifications, and uses of agricultural and construction equipment and accessories.

    r Construct and maintain spreadsheets and other forms of reports required by the customer.
    r Understanding of all shipping documents including domestic, import, and export traffic.
    r A thorough understanding of the work order process, of production scheduling, and of the time required for work to be completed.

    JOB DUTIES:
    r Oversee and audit the storage and preservation directives and procedures at Aurora 

    • i.e. be sure that boxes of parts are stored with the main machine and boxes are marked or cross referenced with the machine as it is entered in inventory.

    r Coordinate and monitor the scheduling of all work to be performed.

    • Work with the Project coordinator in Carlisle to obtain (order) all parts necessary to complete projects and report any delays or the unavailability of parts to the Project coordinator.
    • Understand and make use of the CNH Parts Catalog and maintain a local inventory of frequently used items.
    • Oversee and monitor production of any work posted against machines being brought to the facility.
    • Insure that sufficient inventory is on hand to complete work in progress

    r Be the point of contact and coordinate damage issues with the project coordinator in Carlilse.
    r Help field inquires regarding ready dates and deliveries.
    r Audit work orders for all units scheduled to ship and confirm that all work has been completed.
    r Monitor all Key Performance Indicators as required by Case New Holland; report any variance to the project coordinator.

    Job Requirements

    REQUIRED JOB SKILLS

    • Highly Developed communication skills
    • High School Education required.
    • An understanding of the repair and specifications of construction equipment and agricultural equipment.
    • Must be able to multi task and work effectively in a fast pace environment
    • Must be able to work with customers and build trust with the manufacturer.
    • Must have proven ability to resolve conflict.
    • Ability to negotiate for desired outcomes.
    • Problem solve with various teams to work to the needed results.
    • Work within a fast pace environment.
    • Work with constantly changing priorities and be able to change directions when plans change.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Strong team player
    • Ability to react quickly but accurately and logically to demands placed by CNH.


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Able to climb, stoop, crawl, bend, stretch, and otherwise assume positions required to load backhoes or inspect loaded trailers.
    • Able to walk manufacturing or storage yard area for purposes of inspection and identification of machinery and or pieces.
    • Must pass NIDA 5 drug screen as a condition of hire.
    • Regular and punctual attendance
    • Ability to satisfy the physical requirements of the job:
      • Climbing in and out of the operator's cab of various pieces of equipment for identification of serial numbers or other markings.
      • Completing a full workday walking and/or standing or performing data entry
      • Conduct work responsibilities while exposed to dirt, dust, and fumes from the operation of construction equipment, forklifts, over the road tractors, etc.


    OTHER
    Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch. Additonal hours may be required dependent on customer requirements
